Well, I just read all of the kultur articles for chapter 8 and I was thoroughly entertained. I especially liked the one about draftophobia. I love to open the windows of my house when it's nice out or roll the windows down in the car while driving. Why German's think it will make you sick, I have no idea. I find it refreshing and it actually improves gas mileage compared to using the AC when you're going less than highway speed. The other article that I liked was the one about the German love of saunas. I always use the sauna after working out at the gym, although there is always that one weird naked old guy. It never fails that a naked old man will walk into the sauna, especially at the YMCA for some reason. But I guess that would be normal in Germany since the rule seems to be "no clothes aloud" but as they say, when in Rome, do as the Roman's do; I don't really think I'd have a problem with it if I used a sauna in Germany but it's just not as accpetable here.
